Hi-Hills Camp, an American Camp Association member, makes its home on the picturesque 208-acre campus of Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, NJ. Celebrating its 51st year, the Hi-Hills summer philosophy is to offer families flexibility, convenience and opportunities for summer exploration and fun during the eleven-week camp season. Academics, enrichments and sport specialty programs are offered to inspire, engage, and foster advancement alongside a partnership of day camp choices ranging from Kinder Camp for preschoolers, a Traditional day camp for grades 1-6, Teen Travel for middle school students, and Leaders of Tomorrow for rising high school students.
Over 50 learning programs will be available during Summer ‘17 for pre-k, elementary, middle and high school students in one, two and six week sessions. Students increase their knowledge and confidence along with advancement in accredited core courses led by GSB faculty. Offerings include performing and creative arts, science and technology, cooking and gardening, essay and creative writing, mathematics, study skills, leadership, water safety and lifeguarding. Onsite coed sport specialty camps consist of basketball, lacrosse, soccer, mountain biking, softball and tennis.
Facilities encompass an in-ground swimming pool, splash pad, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, lacrosse, softball, and soccer fields, gaga pit, and a low ropes course. Great outdoors exploration on Home Winds features a sustainable working farm and garden, fishing, archery, nature, and paddleboats. Hot and cold lunches are served daily in air-conditioned facilities. Door to door transportation is available for full-day campers.
