“Morristown-Beard Day Camp is a state-licensed facility located on a beautiful 22-acre campus.” The camp “is designed to help children develop skills in arts and crafts, sports, drama, swimming, and science. The camp’s counselors work to promote good sportsmanship and self-confidence with a daily schedule comprised of structured periods.” *
Morristown-Beard School’s athletic facilities are among the area’s finest and campers will also be able to take advantage of the spacious new Middle School building and Founders Hall, their Performing Arts Facility, which boasts a 630-seat theater.
Traditional Day Camps which include Aquatics, Athletics, Arts & Crafts, Performing Arts, Science and games, run from Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 3:30pm, for campers ages 6 - 13. There is an opportunity for early drop off and late pick up. Included are a camp t-shirt, towel service, morning and afternoon snacks, as well as a drink during the lunchtime. Lunch Programs are also available which offer a “variety of daily specials”.
Specialty Camps are more topic focused with themes such as Robotics, Mountain Biking, Soccer, Swimming, Arts & Crafts or Teen Travel to name a few.
